We believed with passion that the HaYa platform was an essential tool to help whistleblowers and protect people who wanted to speak up anonymously.
We had some success and great support from journalists especially from the Financial Times, Politico and The Blind Spot.
Unfortunately this wasn’t enough to secure funding for the startup and we can no longer afford to keep operating.
We thank you all who have supported us and we will carry on supporting those whistleblowers who have contacted us personally for help.
The founder of HaYa, Frank di Mauro, is now setting up as a whistleblower consultant to help both whistleblowers and organisations who need a whistleblower/tip management.
In the last 5 years Frank not only has been working on the development and launch of HaYa as a solution but also has helped whistleblowers and organisations like the Financial Times, Politico and The Blind Spot to manage whistleblowers.
This has given Frank great experience and understanding of the world of whistleblowing, the process of whistleblowing and the personal toll on whistleblowers.
Frank was instrumental in managing the whistleblower for the Financial Times article: “The fake hitman, the crypto king and a wild revenge plan gone bad“.
If you would like to contact Frank for assistance, both as a whistleblower or an organisation looking to manage whistleblowers, please do so via LinkedIn.
