In the future HaYa may change its System and require to collect Personal Data and other information from you to carry on using the System.
In general the following describes how HaYa will handle any Personal Data:
Location Information: Our System may collect and use your location information (for example, by using the IP address on your computer or the GPS on your mobile device) to provide certain functionality of our System. If you choose to enable our location features, your location information will not be publicly displayed within the System.
Chat Data: HaYa may conduct research on its customer demographics, interests and behaviour based on the Personal Data and other information provided to us. This research may be compiled and analysed on an aggregate basis, and HaYa may share this aggregate data with its affiliates, agents and business partners. This aggregate information does not identify you personally. HaYa may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to describe our services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.
Non-Identifiable Data: When you interact with HaYa through the System, we receive and store certain personally non-identifiable information such as Internet Protocol address (“IP Address”), a unique User Key, the content and pages that you access on HaYa and the dates and times that you visit the Site or use the App. In addition, if you come to the Site via a link from another site, we may also track the source of that link. Such information, which is collected passively using various technologies, cannot presently be used to specifically identify you. HaYa may store such information itself or such information may be included in databases owned and maintained by HaYa affiliates, agents or service providers. The System may use such information and pool it with other information to track, for example, the total number of visitors to our Site or App, the number of visitors to each page of our Site or App, and the domain names of our visitors’ Internet service providers. It is important to note that no Personal Data is available or used in this process.
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
We may collect information about you from other sources, including from partners, and from commercially available sources (such as data aggregators and public databases). The following are examples of information we may collect from other sources: Data you authorise us to access through your use of Facebook, Google, Apple etc. In general, the types and amount of Personal Data we collect vary depending on the activity. HaYa endeavours to limit the collection of Personal Data to information we believe is minimally necessary to achieve our stated collection purposes.
You can visit the Site and use the App without providing any Personal Data. If you choose not to provide any Personal Data, you may not be able to use certain Services.
HaYa takes reasonable measures to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. However, no data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. We cannot, therefore, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to HaYa, and you do so at your own risk. Please know that although we make our best efforts to keep your information secure, this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
Except as expressly provided otherwise, this document addresses only the use and disclosure of information that HaYa collects from you or that you disclose to us. If you disclose your information to others besides HaYa different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of the information you disclose to them. HaYa does not control the privacy policies of third parties, and you are subject to the privacy policies of those third parties where applicable. We encourage you to ask questions before you disclose your personal information to others.
